Important Legal Note

Under the Marriage (Northern Ireland) Order 2003, you must give notice to marry to the registration office in the district where the marriage or civil partnership is to take place.

A  Civil Celebrant cannot register the marriage. The marriage must be registered before or after the celebrant ceremony by a Registrar.

My clients usually attend the registry office a few days before or after their wedding day. Your marriage or civil partnership can be registered in the presence  of two witnesse and your marriage or civil partnership certificate is issued. By separating the legalities, you can enjoy your Perfect Day bespoke ceremony with family and friends.
